About our products
QWhat does “food-safe” mean here?
Our silicone and food-contact items are FDA & LFGB food-grade and BPA-free — the same standards used for items that touch food. The exact rating is listed on each product page.
QAre your heat-resistant items fireproof?
No. They are heat-resistant, not fireproof. Each item shows a temperature rating; keep them away from open flames and don't exceed the stated limit. They're made to protect surfaces and hands from the heat of hot cookware in normal home use.
QDo you sell gas stoves, cookers or heating equipment?
No. Stphgas sells kitchen accessories and homeware only. We do not sell, install or service gas appliances, heating systems, or any pressurised or combustible equipment. Read more on our story page.
QThe knife strip and crocks — are knives or utensils included?
No. The magnetic knife strip ships empty (no knives), and holders like the utensil crock and spice organiser are sold without contents, so you can use your own.

QWhat currency are prices in?
Every price on the site is in US Dollars (USD), shown in full at checkout before you pay.
QHow do I pay? Is it secure?
We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection — we never see or store your full card details. Your statement will show STPHGAS KITCHEN.
QWhere do you ship and how much is it?
