QWhat's your return window?
You can return unopened, unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Start a return by emailing support@stphgas.shop with your order number.
QAre any items non-returnable?
For health and hygiene reasons, kitchen contact items that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they arrived faulty. This includes silicone food-contact items, mats, utensils and aprons once unsealed. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty goods.
QMy item arrived faulty or damaged — what now?
We're sorry! Email us within 14 days with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping for faulty goods.
QHow and when do I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued in USD. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
QWho pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, you cover the return postage. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we cover it. We recommend a tracked service — we can't refund items that don't reach us.
