QWhere do you ship?
We ship worldwide from our fulfilment partners. Orders are accepted in US Dollars (USD) only.
QWhat does shipping cost, and when is it free?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and shown before you pay — no hidden fees. Orders of $55 USD or more ship free.
QHow long will it take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Typical delivery is 3–7 business days within the US and 7–18 business days internationally, depending on the destination and customs. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.
QWill I pay customs duties or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees charged by your local authorities. These are not includedin our prices or shipping and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your country's rules before ordering.
QAre there any export or destination restrictions?
We comply with all applicable export controls and sanctions. We cannot ship to embargoed or sanctioned countries or regions, or to destinations prohibited by UK, EU or US law. If we are unable to fulfil an order to your location, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
QWhat if my parcel is lost or arrives damaged?
Email support@stphgas.shopwithin 14 days of the delivery date with your order number and a photo if it's damaged. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refund Policy for details.
